Official Raffle Rules

1. Eligibility

1. • Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of ticket purchase and prize claim.

   • The raffle is open internationally except where prohibited or restricted by applicable local, state, provincial, territorial, or national laws.

   • By purchasing a ticket, participants represent that participation is legal in their jurisdiction and that they are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

   • Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and the full Terms and Conditions governing the raffle.

3. Ticket Sales

   • Each ticket purchased will be assigned a unique ticket number.

   • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Drawing Procedure

   • All valid ticket numbers will be entered into a random drawing.

   • Winning tickets will be selected in ascending prize order.

   • The lowest-value prize will be drawn and announced first.

   • The Grand Prize (First Prize) winner will be drawn and announced last.

   • Once a ticket number has been selected as a winner, it will not be eligible for any additional prizes unless otherwise announced prior to the drawing.

5. Prize Notification

   • Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

   • Winners may also be announced publicly through the organization's website, social media platforms, or live drawing event.

6. Prize Distribution

   • Cash prizes will be distributed by bank wire transfer or approved electronic payment method.

   • Any bank wire fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or other transaction costs shall be deducted from the prize amount prior to distribution.

   • Winners will not be required to make any out-of-pocket payment to receive their prize.

7. Taxes and Reporting

   • Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting requirements, or governmental fees associated with receiving a prize in their country, state, province, or territory.

8. Verification

   • Winners may be required to provide proof of age, identity, residency, and eligibility before a prize is awarded.

   • Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Disqualification

   • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the raffle process, provides false information, violates these rules, or engages in fraudulent conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Perfect Look Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

• Any dispute arising from or relating to the raffle shall first be submitted to mediation and, if unresolved, binding arbitration before any litigation may be commenced.

• Participants waive the right to pursue class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

• The raffle and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of Washington, District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Sponsor's Right to Modify

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity of the raffle.

14. Void Where Prohibited

• The raffle is void where prohibited, restricted, licensed, registered, or otherwise regulated in a manner that would make participation unlawful.

Note on International Participants: Participants are solely responsible for determining whether participation in this raffle and the receipt of any prize are legal in their country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction. By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant represents and warrants that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction and agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, reporting obligations, and currency transfer restrictions. The Sponsor shall have no responsibility for determining the legality of participation in any jurisdiction outside its own.

Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a raffle ticket, each participant acknowledges that

they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.

Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all rules, requirements,

restrictions, releases, waivers, and obligations set forth herein.

1. Sponsor

This Raffle is sponsored and administered by The Perfect Look Foundation.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate and claim a prize.

3. Compliance with State and Local Laws

Participants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The raffle is void

where prohibited by law.

4. Prize Awards

Prizes will be awarded as advertised and are subject to winner verification.

5. Prize Distribution

Prize funds may be distributed electronically or by bank wire transfer. Any wire fees shall be

deducted from prize proceeds and shall not be paid out-of-pocket by the winner.

6. Winner Verification

Valid government-issued identification may be required before any prize is awarded.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Release of Liability

Participants release and hold harmless The Perfect Look Foundation and its representatives from

claims arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of any prize.

9. Indemnification

Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor from claims, losses,

damages, and expenses arising from participation in the raffle or violation of these Terms andConditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Publicity Release

Winners grant permission for use of their name, likeness, and residence information for promotional

purposes where permitted by law.

12. Cancellation, Modification, or Termination

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the raffle when

necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Washington, District of Columbia.

14. Mandatory Mediation and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from the raffle must first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved within sixty

(60) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Washington, D.C.

Participants waive the right to litigation, including class action litigation, unless mediation and

arbitration have first been exhausted.

15. Charitable Purpose

All proceeds, after payment of prizes and lawful expenses, shall be used to support the charitable

and community programs of The Perfect Look Foundation.

16. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and

Conditions.
