The Perfect Look Foundation Scholarship

Submit the following materials to be considered for The Perfect Look Foundation Scholarship:

• Academic transcripts (unofficial is acceptable for the application) that display at least a 3.2 GPA

• A 500-word essay on community impact. Specifically, the student should describe how they are currently contributing to their community and/or how they plan to make a positive impact on their community in the future. 

• Be a Junior/Senior in high school or a college Freshman/Sophomore

• Submit a current resume

All completed applications should be sent to LaTasha@theperfectlookfoundation.org. Any applications that do not include ALL off the submission materials will be disqualified from winning the scholarship unless there is prior approval given for the missing portion.
